Charmed by the attention to detail

The hotel stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. This was extraordinarily helpful. The room was very nice and also it was kept clean, just amazing. I was charmed by the perfect hotel location, very good.

the room was clean (i will give them that).
I found the staff pretty unhelpful. it was hard to get anyone to answer simple questions. the breakfast was also disappointing. It felt quite basic considering the price. i expected an egg station at least, but there wasn't one.

A charmed stay

The hotel's location in the bay provided amazing views all around. The beach was very comfortable and clean. It was also easy to access. I found the breakfast delicious, with fresh, tasty options each morning.
The staff at the reception barely spoke English. They were unfriendly and unprofessional. It was irritating to be treated with distrust when addressing issues at the front desk.

The resort provided many facilities. Food and drinks were excellent. They gave a fantastic experience with wonderful taste. The restaurants are great on site.

The hotel's private rocky beach is unique in the area. The rooftop terrace, called Lime, has a nice setting. It gives a great view into the bay. This setting allows for complete relaxation.

The room was quite comfortable, offering a beautiful view. The cleaning staff was the most friendly. They were very heartfelt. Air conditioning in the rooms is powerful, working well. The room smelled like flowers.

I found several issues . the air conditioning system in the suite was rather ineffective. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. the room got uncomfortably warm during the day. this detracted from the overall ambiance.

The location is magnificent with beautiful views of the sea. the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff was friendly. They were always ready to assist. the pool and dining options were great!!!
The coffee at breakfast was not good. Plates and cups didn't get restocked quickly.
